Brooke Schnabel has studied art at The University of Massachusetts, where he participated in the Continuing Education Intaglio Independent Study Program; The Maryland Institute of Art where his work focused on oil painting; and The University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Masters Degree in Education. Having finished his formal studies, Brooke has developed his own unique style and technique for painting and printmaking.
At present , his work may be seen in several galleries including The Arts Exclusive Gallery, Simsbury CT; The Wm Baczek Fine Art Gallery, Northampton, MA; The Salmon Falls Artisan Gallery, Shelburne Falls, MA; and The Philadelphia Art Museum Art Sales and Rental Gallery, Philadelphia, PA. He participates yearly in many juried art shows and has won several awards at nationally recognized competitions, including “Best in Show” at the Glastonbury Art Festival, Glastonbury, CT; “Best in Show” The Creative Art Center Art Festival, Chatham, MA; Purchase Prize Recipient at The Intervale Art Festival, Intervale, NH; and Massachusetts Channel 57 Public Television Art Auction and Competition, “Best in Show” for printmaking.
